Broward Health North strives for zero patient harm.

CEO Pauline Grant has three stretch goals for Broward Health North: outstanding customer service, excellent clinical outcomes and no patient harm. Staff at the southern Florida hospital has also embraced these goals. Since joining the HRET HEN, central line-associated bloodstream infections have dropped by 40 percent.
