In some ways, it will be like your great-grandfather's health care system. Back then, when Americans got sick, they stayed home. Physicians came to them. Nursing care was delivered at the bedside—at one's own bed in one's own bedroom (albeit, by one's untrained family member). The hospital was a place to go only when intensive care or surgery was needed. Welcome to health care 2020.
