We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Director, Enterprise Analytics to join our award-winning team.

Working closely with the Chief Information Officer and other Information Services management team members, the Corporate Director of Enterprise Analytics is responsible for establishing and developing Orlando Health's core analytics team. This includes optimizing Orlando Health's abilities to capture, retain and most importantly use information as well as the optimization and growth of Orlando Health's Enterprise Data Warehouse.

This position requires a Master's degree or PhD in an Analytics related field and a minimum of 10 years of healthcare data warehousing and analytics experience with prior experience in a management/leadership role. Proven success using effective quality assurance and control techniques is required along with familiarity or experience with clinical/medical research, its structures, processes, regulations and standards. Demonstrated knowledge/experience of healthcare information systems and their respective data types and uses is also needed, as well as working knowledge of information security and privacy protection regulations.
