Steve is the founder and CEO of Catalyst Healthcare Advisors. His primary expertise is in managing large, complex performance improvement projects. For more than 30 years, he has assisted hundreds of healthcare providers with their efforts to improve overall performance and reduce costs. He is particularly adept at managing the change process and helping boards, medical staffs and senior management successfully implement the changes necessary to reposition their organizations for sustainable success.
Steve’s experience includes being a Partner at Huron Consulting, a national healthcare performance improvement consulting firm and a member of the firm's management committee. He also led the U.S. Healthcare Information Technology Consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as co-founded and served as Managing Partner for V4 Consulting, a full-service healthcare consulting firm. Previously, he served 17 years with Ernst & Young as a Partner in national health care information technology consulting leadership capacities

Brenda is the Vice President of Management & Performance Improvement Consulting at Leidos Health. Brenda has over 25 years of experience in operational and clinical performance improvement in a variety of provider organizations, consulting firms, and an EHR vendor. She specializes in project management, performance improvement, quality assurance, methodology and business development, and key account leadership across the hospital, clinical and medical service provider sectors.
She has successfully provided optimal advisory and strategic planning directives in service delivery and product introduction to enable increased concept perception, efficiency, systems improvement, cost control and compliance at an executive level. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering and Master of Health Administration from the Ohio State University; Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. She is a Certified Project Management Professional & ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt; Licensed attorney in Ohio and with Patent & Trademark Office.
