Food Insecurity

Awareness of the role that food insecurity plays in health is growing as the hospital field addresses health care issues from a population health perspective. Hospitals are tackling the challenge from different angles, often depending on the circumstances of the community. In addition, there is a growing body of research and tools available to hospitals for guidance in how to approach the problem.
