Diabetes

Diabetes was the 7th largest cause of death in the U.S. in 2013, and 20 percent of health care costs are for patients who have diabetes, according to the CDC. The total cost of diabetes was estimated to be $245 billion in 2012, according to the American Diabetes Association.
